Orin Rice was born after more than a decade of helping local and global brands create and implement recruitment strategies. We have years of B2B sales experience, so we have walked a mile in the shoes of both parties in the hiring process. Our ability to qualify and set proper expectations separates us from the competition. This leads to a quality over quantity approach, with both parties evaluating fewer options, speeding up the recruitment process.

 Our Philosophy

We believe in integrity and doing what is right.  This means looking out for everyone in the process: companies and candidates.  If anyone feels like the situation is missing something, then it is a miss for all. 

Recruiting is about setting proper expectations for both parties through understanding the needs of everyone involved.  If the match is one sided, it will never be a long term fit, which is what everyone wants at the end of the day... a place to call home with good people.

We are also committed to supporting the community around us and a portion of profits is donated to nonprofits such as FARE and Treehouse.
