We also calibrate their experience against current market and industry benchmarks so you receive a clear, accurate picture of their capabilities and how they compare within the broader talent landscape.
How long until I should expect candidates?
The timing depends on the seniority of the role and how specific or rare the ideal profile is. When the requirements align with standard industry and market expectations, you can expect to receive candidates within 24 to 72 hours. If the search is more complex or requires a true purple squirrel, we clarify that during the intake call so we can set accurate expectations and build a plan that delivers the right people as efficiently as possible.
